Not only is this program going yo help you build strength, but the aim is to give you the knowledge and tools to keep you strong and injury free. So you can break away from the reliance on physios, chiros and massage therapists.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How does this work? We spend the time to thoroughly go through your history, your goals and find out how your pain affects you. From there we perform an in-depth assessment to discover your strengths and more importantly, your areas for improvement. Once we have this we develop a structured roadmap to recovery and beyond.

Do I have to be an elite athlete? Not at all. I believe that the term athlete describes anyone of any level of physical performance. Injuries affect us all the same whether we're a recreational runner or a professional cyclist.

How long until I get better? This is a good question, but a tough question! Everyone is different and will respond differently. But, what I can say is that we don't stop trying until you're better!

Are there any guarantees? I wish I could say yes! But, the body is a weird and wonderful thing at times. However, if you put into place everything that we put forward, then you give yourself every chance of maximising your outcomes I can guarantee that I'll give you every bit of my effort to get you to your goals!

Do I need access to a gym? You don't necessarily need access to a gym, but it does open up a few more options for your programming. If not though, we can tailor something to suit what you've got!
