One physio. One plan. Built for Valley View locals.

Most physio in the northern suburbs has a structural problem — too many patients, different therapists each visit, and rehab plans that stop at "feels better." Feel Good Physio Co. is the opposite. One practitioner. Every visit. A plan that doesn't just settle the symptom — it rebuilds the capacity that broke down in the first place.

I'm James Brown. AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with 7 years clinical experience and 10 years in elite sport — Port Adelaide AFL Sports Trainer, SANFL Senior Sports Trainer (Port Magpies), Head Physio at Adelaide Croatia Raiders. Every consult is with me directly. No handoffs.

Why Valley View locals choose Feel Good Physio Co.

Capacity rebuild, not symptom management

Most clinics treat the symptom and discharge you when the pain calms down. That's why injuries keep coming back. I build capacity — the strength, mobility and tolerance the injured tissue needs to handle real life again. That's the difference between a quick fix and a fix that lasts.

Frontline sports experience

I've treated injuries at AFL, SANFL, NPL, Adelaide Footy League and Division 1 level for the last decade. Same principles for weekend warriors as for elite athletes — adapted for full-time work and family schedules.

Same-day appointments most days

You don't wait three weeks. Cliniko booking is open 24/7. Same-day spots are usually available.

The Comeback Code for recurring injuries

If your injury keeps coming back, the problem isn't the injury — it's the capacity gap. Read about The Comeback Code →
