Full video-call assessment of your injury history, movement capacity, load tolerance, and training goals. You move on camera. I build the clinical picture. Not a standard intake — a genuine picture of where you are and what's been missed.

I'm the founder and physiotherapist behind Feel Good Physio Co. I'm not just a clinic physio — I'm a specialist in rebuilding bodies that keep breaking down. I work with clients worldwide through The Comeback Code's structured online programme.I'm a specialist in rebuilding bodies that keep breaking down.

Before physio, I worked as a tradesman. So I know what it means to use your body for a living - and what it costs when it stops cooperating. I've also been on the other side of the table: chronic hip and groin pain through my own football career taught me what it actually feels like to be stuck in the injury cycle I now help others break.

I've worked for Port Power AFL, Port Magpies SANFL, and for a State Basketball Team - and currently as the Head Physiotherapist at the Adelaide Croatia Raiders Football Club. I'm also associated with the Raptors Softball Club Salisbury Athletics, and SPOS Football Club.
