One physio. Built for Adelaide's northern suburbs.

If you've ever played phone tag with a city clinic just to get booked in three weeks out — only to be handed off to a different practitioner every visit — you already know why most northern suburbs residents end up frustrated with physio.

I built Feel Good Physio Co. differently. One practitioner. One plan. Same-day appointments most days. And a location that actually serves the northern suburbs — not a city clinic that expects you to drive 30 minutes for a 20-minute follow-up.

My clinic is upstairs inside CrossFit TRG in Greenfields, SA. It's easy to reach from anywhere across the northern suburbs — and there's always parking.

Suburbs I serve across Adelaide's north

I treat patients from right across the northern suburbs every week. Whether you're 5 minutes away in Mawson Lakes or 15 minutes north in Elizabeth, the clinic is easy to reach and every appointment is one-on-one with me.

Mawson Lakes

A 4-minute drive from the clinic. I treat more patients from Mawson Lakes than any other suburb — same-day and next-day appointments are usually available. Mawson Lakes physio →

Parafield Gardens

5 minutes down the road. Easy parking, short wait times, and a personal approach that's hard to find in larger clinics. Parafield Gardens physio →

Salisbury & Salisbury East

10-12 minutes by car. Full range of physio services — sports injury, back pain, shoulder rehab, post-operative recovery. Salisbury physio → · Salisbury East physio →

Greenfields

This is where the clinic is based. If you live or work locally, you're already a short walk or drive away.

Para Hills, Ingle Farm, Elizabeth

All within 10-15 minutes of the clinic. No waitlist gymnastics, no physio roulette — just direct access to structured, evidence-based treatment.

Why choose a northern suburbs physio?

Three reasons it matters where your physio is based:

1. Frequency of visits matters for recovery

Most injuries need 3-6 sessions in the first few weeks. If the clinic is a 45-minute round trip, you'll skip sessions. You'll stretch out the timeline. You'll recover slower. Proximity matters more than most people realise.

2. Local knowledge of the sports you play

I've worked as head physio for clubs across the Adelaide Footy League, NPL SA, and AFL umbrella competitions. If you play club footy at Salisbury, Para Hills, or Pooraka — or social basketball, soccer, netball in the local leagues — I already know the demands of your sport and the local competition calendar. Return-to-play planning is faster when your physio speaks your language.

3. A practitioner you actually know

No merry-go-round of different therapists. Every appointment is with me. That means I know your history, your training, your goals, and your progress — without having to rebuild context every visit.

Common questions from northern suburbs patients

How far do people travel to see you?

Most patients are within a 15-minute drive. A few regulars come from further afield (Elizabeth, Burton, Pooraka, Gepps Cross) because the combination of one-on-one care and same-week availability is hard to match elsewhere.

Is there parking at the clinic?

Yes. Street parking is available directly outside CrossFit TRG and there's almost always a spot within 30 seconds of the door. No multi-storey car parks, no parking meters.

Do you bulk bill or accept DVA / NDIS?

I accept private health fund extras cover with HICAPS on-site. For DVA and NDIS — reach out and I'll let you know current availability. I don't bulk bill routine physiotherapy (no clinic in this area does), but I do accept workcover and EPC referrals.

What makes you different from other northern suburbs physios?

Three things. First, it's just me — every appointment, every visit. No handoffs. Second, I have frontline sports experience at AFL, SANFL, and NPL level — which means the rehab plans I build for athletes are the same quality as what elite players get. Third, I run The Comeback Code for patients stuck in recurring injury cycles — a structured 12-week capacity rebuild that most clinics don't offer.

How do I book?

Online booking is open 24/7 via Cliniko. Same-day appointments are usually available — you don't need to wait a week to get seen.

Ready to get started?

Same-day appointments available most days. Private health rebates claimed on the spot. One physio, one plan — from the first visit through to return-to-sport.
